Napa Valley’s Frank Family Vineyards selling for $315 million

PepsiCo blocked from using 'Rise' name in dispute with coffee co

A New York federal court granted Reidy Law Group client Rise Brewing Co. a preliminary injunction barring PepsiCo from using the mark "Mountain Dew Rise Energy" because it was likely to be confusing with our client's "Rise" marks for coffee drinks. Reidy Law Group advised the client and its litigation counsel both prior to and throughout the litigation and played an important role in this remarkable ruling.

The Nimitz Group completes purchase of 500+ acres on Mare Island
